Only payments from verified accounts will be accepted. If you send payment with a non-verified account, your purchase will be refunded.


Returns Policy

For any returns or refund requests, please first contact our store support here. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you wish to make a claim for a defective product, you have to do so within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders require signature on arrival. reserves the right to refuse any kind of refund or parts replacement if you do not place a complaint within 48 hours. cannot accept claims under the pretence that you were busy and did not have time to test the product until weeks after the product was delivered to you. If you do not have time to test the product upon arrival, claims for defective products will not be accepted. Please consider this and do not place an order if these terms are unacceptable to you.

If you need to make a claim for a defective product, please send images or videos to show clearly what the problem is. If the evidence you send is inconclusive, reserves the right to ask for specific images or videos before processing your claim.

If you receive a parcel that is visibly damaged, open, or showing that it may have been opened, you are expected to open the package in front of the postal delivery person to verify the content. By signing for a damaged box without inspecting the content, may not be able to get compensation from the Postal Services responsible for the damage, and as such, will not compensate you. If in doubt, open the box and check it before you sign for having received it. Make the postman wait 2 minutes while you verify the content and explain to the postman that because the box is damaged, you need to check before you sign for it. If damaged or missing items, simply do not sign for the parcel and contact us right away with a full report of what was damaged or missing.

Shipping accepts no responsibilities related to delays in postal services.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world with a few exceptions. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Orders are only shipped to addresses that are linked to your account or credit card. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, you have to write proper annotations in the payment form to specify “Please ship to: (insert new address)”.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
